Initially, she doesn't like Rance at all and completely ignores him outside of the battlefield, as she finds him obnoxious and annoying. Compared to her boisterous comrade Shibata Katsuie, Ranmaru is very stern, serious and in control.ĭuring the events of Sengoku Rance, she acts as one of the initial commanders from the Oda House and works directly for Rance, who's acting as Oda's shadow ruler in an attempt to unify JAPAN. Ranmaru was one of the main commanders that served under Oda Nobunaga during the Fourth Sengoku Era in JAPAN, being one of the few retainers that remained loyal to Nobunaga after most of them deserted from the Oda House in a rebellious spit.
